Return Policy

If you changed your mind you can return the items according to the points below:

  • Returns must take place within 14 days of delivery
  • Changes/return can be made in any MILANO SHOES store.
  • Items must be in a good condition, placed in their box/ packaging.
  • item/shoe must not have a damaged bottom/sole.
  • Items will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Customer must keep a proof of postage just in case order is lost on its way to Milano shoes.
  • Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods once received.
  • Cost of return must be paid by the customer
  • We hold the right to not go through with the return/voucher if the return falls out of the terms of our returns policy.
  • We issue a return voucher of the purchased amount and sent to you by email, vouchers stand within the period of 14 days.
  • If purchased item is on sale clearance, amount of voucher received will be the new selling price of that purchased item.
  • We do not refund money for returns.
  • Vouchers can be sent on email and used in Milano Shoes Stores/Returns-Vouchers can be made in stores.

RETURNS:

If the customer returns purchased item at our stores, it is important that they have the receipt.

Please have in mind that returns/exchanges can only be done in the same country or region where the item was bought.

In case of returns, customer must return shoes in store or sent by Akis Express to our main warehouse.

Return Vouchers will  be sent by email / made in store and used only in store.
