Return Policy

If you changed your mind you can return the items according to the points below:

  • RETURNS are accepted only in stores.
  • Changes/return can be made in any MILANO SHOES store.
  • Items must be in a good condition, placed in their box/ packaging.
  • Returns must take place within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted WEEKDAYS only, 10:00am-17:00pm office hours.
  • Purchased item must not have a damaged bottom/sole.
  • Purchased item will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods once received.
  • Vouchers stand within the period of 7 days once issued.
  • If purchased item is on sales clearance, amount of voucher received will be the new selling price of that purchased item.
  • We do not refund money for returns.
  • We hold the right to not go through with the return/voucher if the return falls out of the terms of our returns policy.
  • SALE items are not eligible for return. For example, a pair over 50% off cannot be returned.

 

RETURN IN STORE: What the customer needs to know

  • If the customer returns purchased item at our stores, it is important that they have the receipt.
  • Please have in mind that returns/exchanges can only be done in the same country or region where the item was bought.
